POLICIES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ALL orders are sent on a COD basis. If no COD is available, payment must be made in advance. We do accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Freight charges are paid by the customer, plus 7.50% sales tax if California resident. Title of all merchandise shipped passes to the customer upon our delivery to a common carrier and any claims for damages or loss are to made by the customer to the common carrier.

PRICES

All prices are subject to change without notice and are FOB Garden Grove, California.

SHIPPING

All orders are normally shipped the same day they are received. We use UPS Ground service unless otherwise instructed.

RETURNS

All unused parts that are returned for credit or refund must be accompanied by a letter of explanation and a copy of the sales receipt. All returned parts are subject to a 20% restocking charge. No refund will be made on parts returned more than 30 days after date of invoice.

BACK ORDERS

We have no back orders. If we are out of the part at the time you order, it is up to the customer to re-order.

GUARANTEE

All products sold by Cody Racing Products are sold AS IS and with all faults. Racing is a dangerous activity. Cody Racing Products will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from the use of our products. The buyer assumes all risks for any and all damage caused to himself or third parties, by virtue of failure of these parts. We make no guarantee as to the products distributed by us, expressed or implied. Cody Racing Products is not responsible for any warranty or guarantee made by any dealer, distributor, manufacturer, or other persons.
