I managed to catch most of the event, arriving late, after
a long business trip.
Apparently there was heavy rain on Thursday and Friday morning, but the
track looked fine, although a bit shy of dirt and rather dry towards the
end.
As usual, the racing was great. The change in weather diminished the size of
the crowd.

Next week is the Track Championship and Youth National Championship. This
will be a marathon event, with somewhere over 50 races in 3 hours.
Fast Fridays must be congratulated for the organization involved, getting
one race out as the previous one comes in, with zero time in between, plus
keeping the track maintained. I find it a challenge to record results in the
program. The British league could learn a lesson here!
