June 11 Paris Ontario Speedway

By Kim Gregory

The racing started at 6:30 P.M., with overcast skys. The rain held off through the match, and it was actually clearing at the end of the evening. The track was deep and loose at the start, resulting in varried routes through the turns. A fine night of racing with no injuries.

Robert Labon was in attendance at the track. He had raced one season in Britain in EastBourn, and was in the World Final. Also to his credit was two time final Golden Helmet and 2 time second place in Poland.
