New York State Championship - Round 1

Congrats to Jeremy Parsons who rode well to win RD 1, also Zach Peters took a win in D-2. Todd Hunter made a comeback to speedway after a 10 year layoff and was very smooth winning several D-2 heats before mechanical gremlins started to get him in the end. He could be one to watch as he gets more seat time back on a speedway bike. Keith Hawkins and Dave Clark did great. Former star, John "Boogeyman" Lewis, won the C Final and likely would have been higher but for a bike failure and thinking one heat had ended with one lap to go.
