Though the main show was Hooligans and Flat Track, four Central California Speedway Riders put on some great racing during Saturdays event. 

Both heats and the Main had the same finishing Order. Results are;

141 Mike Lane
240 Dan Waller
180 Malcolm Roe
27 Bob Waller

The latter three riders were Vintage bikes with Lane being the sole laydown. Prizes were awarded separately for both classes. 

Malcolm Roe also brought out his 250cc Grass Track bikes which wowed the crowd and won the Brakeless Class. Hopefully the interest raised will encourage other riders to build grass track bikes which would provide a definite step towards Speedway. 

We move onto Ventura this Saturday where there will be a limited Speedway presence at its Flat Track season finale. Currently we have 2 laydown entries, 4 vintage and 4 sidecars. Those not going to Costa Mesa are welcome to join us. The laydown class is for Support riders. Message me if you would like to partake!

We thank everyone who has supported the races in Central California this year. Both are fantastic venues and there is more to come in 2018!
