The FIM Youth Silver Cup is the second of two standalone youth events promoted by Industry Racing. In its six years it has become a big event not only on the youth calendar but to American speedway fans in general. It is traditionally held the day after Industry Racing hosts its round of the AMA Speedway National Championship Series. This often means that many of the top American speedway racers will be in attendance and are there to support the stars of the future. This year’s event had 13 Junior 250 competitors and nine racers in the Mini 150 division. The Junior 250 heats began with a battle between Greg Moore and Landon Collins before Moore took control.
