Jeff Orosz #1 (31) - Division One

1997 Canadian Speedway Champion!

Birthdate: September 22, 1969
Wife: Joannie
The 1997 Canadian Champion races half mile speedway and the 1/4 and 1/8 mile tracks, and is a member of the '96 Canadian Speedway Team on the trip to Sweden. He is from Brantford, and is the son of speedway rider Jim Orosz who raced in the 70's. He tells me his dad isn't too happy about him riding! His 1997 season ended with a mild crash at the Paris Championships, braking his ankle.
In '95 he had a mid-summer trip to Britian, and saw speedway at Ipswich and Reding. He also went to France, Switzerland and Spain to run with the bulls! Unfortunatly he missed the '95 Canadian National Speedway Championships because of this trip!
